Cross Training-XFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements; like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting & running are executed at high intensity. At Core Fit Athletics, you will not find your conventional gym with an array of machines – instead, you will find kettle bells, barbells, medicine balls, sleds etc.
Our fitness programming aims to improve your capacity in ten recognized fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The result is comprehensive physical fitness.
Don’t be put off by pictures of well-built, hard-core guys and girls in minimal outfits throwing big weights around. This program is for everyone. Every workout and exercise are scaled to the individual’s needs and the only measure you will be held to is that against your own potential.
